Become a Human Resource Management Academic in Bahrain Polytechnic
Masters level qualification with a specialization in an HR field
A minimum of 2 years of relevant academic experience in a tertiary institution with primary delivery in English with demonstrated ability in delivering HRM specialization courses including Rewards and Compensation Management, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Performance Management, Career Planning, Resourcing and Managing Talent, Learning & Talent Development, Employee Relations and Strategic HRM
Experience with course and programme development in HRM at tertiary level
At least 4 years industry experience with a focus on the following areas: Recruitment, Management of Rewards, Performance Management, International HR Practices and Bahrain Labour Law
PhD in HRM, CIPD or equivalent professional qualification are desirable
